Challenge
After spending years in prison, and going back out into the outside world, the ex-convicts are rejected by society and, lacking opportunities to get a normal life, they return to commit more crimes.
Solution
We seek to support people who have been released from prison and provide second chances for a better quality of life, helping them to rehabilitate themselves by implementing technical training in construction so that they are prepared to find work, mentorship programs, mental health support, and training in life skills to make them self-sufficient.
Long-term impact
The ex-convicts will leave behind the label, becoming working people of society, achieving merits, and taking advantage of the second chances achieved with contributions, regardless of the mistakes they made in the past. The efforts will reduce crime and allow them a normal life incorporation.
