Challenge
We seek to help single women with limited resources and opportunities, who live in precarious conditions and are unable to provide an academic education for their children or obtain everything they need to support their families and get ahead.
Solution
Help will be provided to those single mothers struggling for a better quality of life, through the donation of necessary resources on a day-to-day basis, education support including books and supplies, tutoring, and access to educational resources. The mentoring session ensures that they have the skills and mindset to land a job and succeed in the construction industry and be able to generate their own income.
Long-term impact
Single mothers will be able to achieve the desired quality of life, both for themselves and for their children, getting ahead every day with the job opportunity provided, and the knowledge obtained to continue growing professionally, and also close the gender gap in the construction industry.
